An opportunity has arisen to join RSM in the Sydney office as a Senior Business Development Co-ordinator. Are you someone with an engaging and approachable personality that isn’t afraid to suggest new ideas and pitch creative ways of thinking? You’ll support our Partners and Principals in their Business Development efforts as well as identify and take ownership of ideas on strategy to bring on new business. You’ll shape the approach for new prospects, attend prospect meetings and deliver on the acquisition plan.

Some of the role’s key responsibilities:
• Client and Prospect Research - research potential clients and prospects to develop intelligence on key trigger points that can be utilised in discussions and presentations
• Key Account Planning – identify and develop key account plans for existing clients
• Prospect Meetings – target new prospects and attend subsequent meetings to assist in the acquisition strategy
• Business Development Technology Solutions – drive adoption and use of national CRM, automation, intelligence platforms and social networks
• Tenders and Proposals - review and evaluate tenders and proposals to ensure best practice
• Events – develop invitation strategy and prospect information packs
• Sponsorships - manage Sydney office sponsorships in conjunction with Partner and Principals
• Trusted Advisor – be the go-to person for the Sydney Partner and Principal group on all Business Development related activities and initiatives.
