What would you do in this coveted role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your outstanding capabilities in combining your strategic marketing and project management skills with your love for analytics and databases.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role includes managing the content & campaign calendar and working with the National Marketing Team to create content and assets across multiple channels. You must have a high level of organisation while blending strategy with engaging content to drive client leads and referrals. You will work with the rest of the marketing team to schedule and execute the range of activities to ensure the campaign’s success. 

 

In this permanent full-time role, you will have a hand at crafting what success in your role should look like from day one! You will be a self-starter and won’t be afraid to show initiative. This is a great role for a senior marketer with experience in developing and executing highly effective marketing campaigns and projects that deliver results.

Highlights of your role

  • Build, implement and manage the overall content marketing across digital and physical channels, working with key stakeholders inside the marketing team and across the business
  • Monitor and drive traffic across social media channels in partnership with the Social Media team, ensuring campaign effectiveness across all channels. 
  • Plan, develop, execute and measure winning end-to-end integrated marketing communications across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Focus on optimising consumer experience and effectiveness of website and social media, including developing landing pages to support the experience. 
  • Build eDM content with subject matter experts using our Eloqua platform. Including design elements in accordance with our brand identity guide. 
  • Build and implement customer nurture automation for email campaigns within Eloqua. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs, preferences, and expectations of our audience.
  • Reporting and analytics on campaign effectiveness and incorporating key learnings into ongoing campaigns. 
  • Manage the Eloqua database and process flows to ensure data integrity. 
  • Assist with the marketing integration for the new CRM implementation ( ie Microsoft Dynamics 365). 
  • Project manage end-to-end campaigns so the team can execute efficiently and on time. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and content marketing best practices and trends.

 

We’re excited to hear from you, if:

  • You've done this before— previous experience in content marketing, social media, copywriting and marketing campaign management.
  • We would also love for you to have experience interpreting data and campaign performance as well as demonstrable Google Analytics skills.
  • Ability to manage content development along with strategic direction at every phase of the marketing lifecycle
  • Acute attention to detail and strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
  • Previous experience within the B2B industry will see you hit the ground running in the role, but this is not essential.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Social Media platforms, Drupal/Wordpress, Google My Business and SEO/SEM.
  • Technical skills, including HTML/CSS and Advanced Excel. 
  • Experience with a Marketing Automation platform (Eloqua preferred)
