As a Senior Accountant, you will be a key player in our mission to drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant with RSM you will be responsible for:

• Managing financial reporting, including financial statements, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Leading and mentoring a team of junior accountants.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conducting financial analysis and presenting insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborating with various departments to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree or CA preferred).
• International equivalent to CA, such as SAICA/SAIPA/SAIBA
• Proven experience in a senior accounting role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

About Albany (418 km from Perth)

Albany is located at the Southern Tip of Western Australia, around a four and a half hour drive, or one hour direct flight, from Perth.

The cool climate haven of Albany perches on a placid harbour edged by national park.
