KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
New (additional) secondment program to be developed for all roles across RSM with RSM UK & RSM US. Include:-
- Develop policy including benefits
- Determine appropriate working rights and visa requirements.
- Develop process for nomination & selection
- Develop process for administration and management
- Liaise with RSM US & RSM UK to agree terms and process
- review current programs and obtain feedback from key stakeholders (RSM Aus Partners & Managers, current & past secondees, RSM US & UK, P&C Reps and Mobility Talent Specialist)
- Review program & policy to ensure meeting needs & fit for purpose & propose enhancements
- Review process & recommend improvements
- review current visa used at RSM and obtain feedback from key stakeholders (P&C Reps, Mobility Talent Specialist)
- Recommend appropriate visa’s RSM Australia should be utilising to meet business needs
- Ensure employment T&C meet visa requirements
- Review current visa advice partner and provide recommendations going forward
Essential
Extensive global mobility experience, with a legal understanding of immigration policies, procedures and requirements.
Experience reviewing and updating policies and procedures in a formal environment.
