KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

New (additional) secondment program to be developed for all roles across RSM with RSM UK & RSM US. Include:-

• Develop policy including benefits
• Determine appropriate working rights and visa requirements.
• Develop process for nomination & selection
• Develop process for administration and management
• Liaise with RSM US & RSM UK to agree terms and process
• review current programs and obtain feedback from key stakeholders (RSM Aus Partners & Managers, current & past secondees, RSM US & UK, P&C Reps and Mobility Talent Specialist)
• Review program & policy to ensure meeting needs & fit for purpose & propose enhancements
• Review process & recommend improvements
• review current visa used at RSM and obtain feedback from key stakeholders (P&C Reps, Mobility Talent Specialist)
• Recommend appropriate visa’s RSM Australia should be utilising to meet business needs
• Ensure employment T&C meet visa requirements
• Review current visa advice partner and provide recommendations going forward

Essential

Extensive global mobility experience, with a legal understanding of immigration policies, procedures and requirements.

Experience reviewing and updating policies and procedures in a formal environment.
