As an Administration Assistant at RSM, you’ll join our dedicated team who help to administer and manage deceased estates and assist with succession planning for our clients.

You are an ideal candidate for this role if….

  • You have two – three years experience working in a similar role
  • You have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting the succession team with tasks relating to the administration of deceased estates
  • Preparing letters and correspondence relating to the administration of deceased estates
  • General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers and office reception duties;
  • Answering the telephones and checking voicemail messages;
  • Preparing invoices in accordance with our policies and procedures
  • Assisting with debtors management
  • Scheduling client appointments;
  • Sorting, recording and delivering the team’s mail;
  • Ensure outgoing mail is recorded and mailed on a daily basis;
  • Liaising with the ATO and other government bodies and professionals regarding client matters
  • Working with various software

Essential

  • 2 - 3 years in a similar role
  • Completion of Year 12
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

 

Desirable

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel
