An exciting opportunity to join our Business Advisory division in Perth, as a Personal Assistant at RSM your key responsibilities will include:
- Organising meetings, including preparing the agenda and all supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
- Sorting, recording and delivering the team’s mail;
- Assisting with client bills;
- Assisting with tenders;
- General administration duties for the team, including scanning and filing documents, maintaining registers and office reception duties;
- Answering the telephones and checking voicemail messages;
- Deliveries for the office as required;
- Coordinating travel and accommodation as required;
- Assist with marketing activities for the division;
- Processing of new client applications; and
- Diary management.
Essential skills and experience to be good at this role:
- Completion of Year 12
- 1-2 years in a similar role
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Intermediate with Microsoft Office package
Desirable
- Certificate in Business Administration
