What You’ll Need to Succeed
You will have fantastic personal presentation, appropriate IT proficiency and an excellent telephone manner. Your skills in Microsoft Office programs and computer literacy will be exceptional.
You will be working in a fast-paced and friendly environment which offers a variety of tasks and opportunities and enables you to utilise your great organisation and problem-solving skills. You will be able to meet deadlines calmly and professionally whilst ensuring attention to detail to your work.
Your experience in working in a professional office will also demonstrate your ability to work as a team player but who can also work independently.

About your responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and via incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including deliveries
- Collation of client documentation for our accounting and superannuation teams
- Processing electronic ATO records
- Set up of new clients and maintenance of databases
- Event and calendar coordination for office events
- General administration duties for the office, including
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Scanning and filing documents
- Other duties as directed
