The role is responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating change management activities within projects being delivered by the ePMO team. The role will create strategies and develops workstreams to maximise employees’ changes readiness and adoption of those strategies during project rollouts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Promotes the business vision with a benefit framework that links the adoption of change to successful business outcomes.
  • Employs a structured change management methodology to facilitate change and promote commitment to adapt to the change.
  • Prepares for change by assessing the magnitude of change and the organisations readiness.
  • Identifies the pitfalls and potential points of challenge for implementations and develops counterstrategies to mitigate or minimize potential issues.
  • Creates communication strategies and plans to ensure all employees are fully aware of the impending changes.
  • Conducts an impact assessment for stakeholders affected by the change items.
  • Regularly review the stakeholder community for change fatigue.
  • Promotes and provides ongoing coaching and mentoring about change management practices to senior leadership, stakeholder management and project management.

 

Education Requirements:

  Essential

  • Experience with and deep knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches and tools (e.g. Prosci)
  • Good working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and project life cycles

 

Desirable

  • Tertiary qualifications(s)
    • Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of personnel across the business;
    • Ability to work independently and in a team;
    • Strong analytical, written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
    • Willingness to travel interstate to deliver basic training and project support during implementations.

      Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

        Essential

      • Experience with national software rollouts;
      • Three or more years of experience in cross-functional areas or leading cross-functional organizational projects;

    Desirable:

    • Experience with Change Management and Process Improvement methodologies (ADKAR, Six Sigma etc)
