The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business to achieve marketing objectives that are aligned to the brand and business plan.

We are looking for a well-rounded marketing professional, you will work alongside RSM National Marketing to deliver ongoing brand recognition and strategies for business growth.

The role supports strategic business development activities both locally and nationally. From sponsorships to external events, your results orientated attitude will provide the support and drive these projects require.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Senior Leadership with executing RSM Albury marketing plan
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging content for social media  
  • Assist Senior Leadership meet social media KPI’s
  • Coordinate and manage the Firm’s website, ensuring the content is up-to-date and engaging
  • Coordinate printing of existing brochures, flyers and other marketing material
  • In conjunction with National Marketing, create flyers and other marketing materials
  • Coordinate, with Senior Leadership, sponsorships and associated sponsorship related events and marketing obligations
  • Coordinate, in conjunction with Senior Leadership, events and marketing campaigns, including development of invites, managing RSVP’s, and bump in/bump out at venue
  • Liaise with suppliers for promotional products, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordering promotional products for events and campaign rollouts
  • Ensure consistency to brand guidelines
  • Supporting national marketing projects and initiatives
  • Work with National Marketing as required
  • Ensure all the above is completed in a timely and effective manner

To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to create and write marketing content with competing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate with others to achieve outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive, flexible and innovative attitude
  • Have advanced PC skills including Desktop publishing skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification – Marketing or Communication
  • At least 2-4 years relevant work experience
  • Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices
