Position Summary:

As an Agile Project Manager you will utilise Agile methodologies to work with clients to deliver a range of technology solutions  

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Manage project schedules and ensure effective risk management
• Work closely with product owners and development teams to ensure clear requirements and priorities.
• Remove impediments and address issues to keep the project on track and maintain momentum.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging best practices and agile principles.
• Track and report on team progress, sprint goals, and project milestones.

Education Requirements:

Essential:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Project Management Qualifications

Desirable:

• Agile Project Management certifications such as Agile PM, SAFe, Scrum or other

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

Essential

• Experience delivering in federal government
• Experience managing cross functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills 
• Ability to implement Agile delivery methodologies 
• NV1 Clearance or ability to secure
