The Opportunity

As a Client Services Officer you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all client related communications and administration. This is an ideal role for a prospective candidate looking to break into financial services.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to our financial planning professionals;
• Prepare and complete implementation forms for recommended advice;
• Assist in the management of compliance obligations;
• Maintenance of financial data within dedicated financial planning software;
• Obtaining information from relevant financial providers;
• Ongoing management of prospective/existing client communication whilst developing and maintaining strong client relationships; and
• General administration duties for the team.

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes:

• Previous experience in a similar client services role;
• Have excellent self-discipline and workflow management skills;
• Ability to multitask and experience of working to and meeting deadlines;
• Ability to work in a challenging environment with regular process change;
• High attention to detail at all times;
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal; and
• Ability to work in a team environment, be professionally presented and most importantly, have a warm and empathetic approach to our client’s needs.
