Position Summary

This role is Melbourne based and primarily to generate new business clients for the RSM ERP Consulting NetSuite division within Australia. In this role you will be focusing on identifying clients and managing them through the sales cycle to close.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage the RSM marketing team for marketing initiatives and plan and attend various in-person events, online events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Formulate a strategic business development plan to identify potential sales targets in addition to managing inbound leads to achieve sales revenue targets
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of NetSuite’s application to all client levels including line of business managers and C-Level executives;
  • Excellent written, presentation and communication skills;
  • Provide input to other cross-functional departments on prospect requests and product enhancements as needed;
  • Develop, present and deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations of the NetSuite solution, either on-site or via the web;
  • Proposal preparation and related contract execution with clients;
  • Work with local and international RSM NetSuite teams, and various partners to provide a total solution for clients;
  • Manage all sales communication, pipeline, and entry or relevant information within the RSM chosen systems
  • Investigate and learn new third-party solutions as required for client solutions;
  • Build strong relationships with Oracle NetSuite and other vendors, to ensure client solutions are valid, costed, approved and fit for purpose
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives; and provide internal reporting to management as required.
  • Travel as required to present to clients at their location when needed
  • Ensure approach is consistent with local and national strategies, to support business growth and development such as BD@RSM. 

Education Requirements:

Ideal

  • Relevant Tertiary qualification – BA/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience

 

Demonstrated Experience & Attributes

Essential

  • 2 - 4 years minimum (5-10 years preferred) comparable sales experience running the sales cycle for NetSuite or similar ERP or enterprise solutions deals
  • Confident and articulate presenter of ERP Solutions
  • Good understanding of NetSuite standard modules desired
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets
  • Strong business acumen
  • Solid presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to report sales pipeline accurately
  • Industry knowledge and marketing execution experience
  • Prior application experience in one or more of the following is desirable:
    • Oracle NetSuite (preferred)
    • Microsoft Dynamics,
    • SAP,
    • Epicor,
    • MYOB
    • Sage
    • Pronto
    • Infor
