Our Melbourne office has a permanent part-time opportunity for a mature-minded, energetic and capable Personal Assistant to join our Restructuring and Recovery division at RSM. You will be reliable, motivated, and efficient and have a friendly and helpful disposition with excellent communication and client service skills. About the opportunity:

This position will be responsible for:

  • Providing general administration assistance to the Restructuring and Recovery team and Partners;
  • Assisting Partners with diary management, travel bookings, processing expenses, and secretarial support;
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, taking accurate messages and directing calls appropriately;
  • Preparing and processing of client documents and other data entry duties;
  • Organising meetings, including, preparing the agenda and all supporting documentation, room bookings and invitations;
  • Assisting with preparation of invoices;
  • Preparation, lodgement and tracking of statutory documentation with ATO, ASIC & other Statutory bodies;
  • Other general administration duties including scanning and filing documents, and maintaining registers and databases.

 

The Successful Applicant:

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • A strong client/customer service focus;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Positive ability to work as part of a team; and
  • A professional presentation and phone manner.
