The Digital Literacy Program Coordinator will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital literacy program. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to increase digital literacy across the organization focusing mainly on data and AI.
 
This is a 12 month contract role. 
 
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital literacy program to drive adoption of Data Analytics and AI technology across the firm.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle for Digital Literacy Programs , ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address digital literacy needs.
• Develop and deliver training and support programs to improve digital literacy skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the digital literacy program and make continuous improvements.
• Communicate program progress and impact to stakeholders.
• Coordinate Technology Adoption resources as needed.
 
Demonstrated Experience & Attributes
Essential
• Your experience includes accounting/financial sector and some form of project management certification.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs, including creating training materials and conducting workshops and seminars.
• Familiarity with change management principles and experience in driving adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Experience to co-ordinate external vendors and internal resources to deliver a program of works.
• Organisational change management experience
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organisation skills.
• Strong Stakeholder management skills.
• A willingness to travel to interstate offices.
 
Education Requirements
Essential
• Relevant Tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, Business and/or IT.
 
Desirable
• Microsoft SQL & Excel Certifications.
