Position Summary

As a Receptionist you will provide administrative and client service support as you manage front of house. With this you will support the Administration Team with all reception and client service-related tasks.

KEY Responsibilities

  • Front of house reception
  • Greet clients and visitors to the Firm in a polite friendly and engaging manner
  • Answer all phone calls and transfer to relevant staff member
  • Co-ordinate all meeting room bookings
  • Maintain meeting rooms, including IT setup, and ensure rooms are always tidy and ready for use
  • Organise refreshments for clients
  • Provide administration support to clients i.e. typing, printing, faxing and other requests
  • Assist with catering for meetings, lunches, events
  • Sorting, recording and delivering mail
  • Managing deliveries for the office
  • Manage and maintain all services provide by reception/for reception
  • Ad-hoc general administration duties as required



•     Completion of Year 12



  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive ability to work as part of a team
  • A willingness to work flexible hours
  • Professional presentation required at all times
